Business & Operations·A structured workflow for career operations

Apply OS

I built Apply OS to organize the decisions behind a job search: which opportunities fit, which requirements need checking, what material is ready, and what should happen next.

My role

I designed the qualification workflow, candidate-data structure, and review experience, and built the system with AI-assisted development.

Status

Working prototype · Sample records

Capabilities

Process design · Structured data · Review logic

The problem

Opportunities, requirements, drafts, and follow-up notes are difficult to manage when they live in different places. Tracking activity alone does not explain whether an opportunity is appropriate or whether an application is ready.

What I worked on

Bring intake, eligibility checks, preparation, and next actions into a reviewable workflow. Keep the reason for a decision visible, and distinguish incomplete information from a confirmed mismatch.

Decisions and tradeoffs

Qualification is not the same as a keyword match

A useful review needs to separate explicit requirements, uncertain evidence, and the candidate’s actual experience.

Evidence and scope

Public examples use sample records rather than private applications or contact details. The case study demonstrates workflow design; it does not claim a measured increase in interviews or employer responses.

What this shows

Process design, structured data, review logic, and the ability to turn a fragmented recurring task into an operating tool.
