Personal operations

Zayyan OS

A workflow-design prototype for task prioritization, focus sessions, capture, recovery, and context-aware operating rhythms.

Build status

Working prototype

Demonstration

Demo data / local memory store

Validation

Self-directed workflow testing; no adoption claimed

The challenge

A long task list does not answer the operational question of what to do next when time, energy, and context change.

The approach

Design the system around one current action, a short ranked queue, reversible capture, and focused sessions rather than a second general-purpose task database.

  • 01

    Context-aware priority scoring

  • 02

    Top-three action queue

  • 03

    Focus sessions with resume notes

  • 04

    Inbox, recovery, and review workflows

My ownership

Zayyan designed the operating model, priority logic, and interaction flow, then built and tested the working prototype.

Inspectable evidence

The public repository documents the routes, priority engine, demo-state boundaries, and automated tests. The default runtime uses demo data in local memory.

Current boundaries

Zayyan OS is a working personal prototype, not a claim of production deployment, multi-user adoption, or validated productivity outcomes.

Next

Continue validating the workflow against real weekly planning and interruption patterns.
